1. These terms
These terms govern your use of the scpmconstructionaccounting.com website and the free trial signup process, operated by Conquest Consultants. Use of the application itself at app.scpmconstructionaccounting.com is governed by the subscription agreement presented at signup; if the two conflict, the subscription agreement controls for the application.
2. The trial
The 60-day trial is free, self-serve, and provided as-is for evaluation. We may review applications before issuing access and may decline or revoke trial access at our discretion. At the end of the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription; we do not charge you automatically without your explicit conversion.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter or migrate, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for your own accounting, tax, and legal judgments. SCPM Construction Accounting is bookkeeping and reporting software; it is not a CPA, does not prepare or file tax returns, and does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice. Decisions that require professional judgment — including consolidation scope under ASC 810 — belong to you and your CPA.
4. Intellectual property
The site, product, and their content are the property of Conquest Consultants. Systematic Construction Project Management™ (SCPM) is a trademark of Conquest Consultants. You may not copy, scrape, resell, or reverse-engineer the product or its content.
5. Disclaimers & liability
The website and trial are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conquest Consultants is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or trial. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
