SCPM Construction Accounting

Pricing

One price. The whole system.

Every feature — WIP, AIA billing, job cost, certified payroll reporting, guided close — is in the plan. No modules, no feature tiers, no add-on ladder: every organization gets the same complete system. Pricing scales with company size, never with which features you're allowed to use.

Start with a 60-day free trial. Self-serve — no sales call. Convert in-product when you're ready.

Your QuickBooks file migrates with AI assistance in an afternoon — and it ties out, provably.

Common questions

What's in the trial?
Everything. A complete organization is provisioned self-serve — construction chart of accounts, CSI cost code library, fiscal calendar, roles — plus a demo company with a full year of posted, closed books.
How does migration work?
Upload your legacy chart export; AI proposes the mapping into the construction chart, you review and confirm every line. Opening balances post as journal entries and tie out against your legacy trial balance before anyone calls it done. No AI configured? Migration proceeds fully manually.
Do you connect to my bank?
No — deliberately, permanently. Bank statements come in as CSV/OFX uploads. No bank logins, no aggregators. For a bonded contractor, that's a feature.
What about payroll?
Keep ADP or Paychex — imports become burdened job cost and certified payroll automatically. Self-service in-house payroll is in active build: SCPM calculates, posts, and produces stubs and filing worksheets; you deposit and file.
Do features get locked behind higher tiers?
No. Every organization — five employees or five hundred — runs the same complete feature set: WIP, AIA billing, certified payroll, guided close, the works. Larger organizations and multi-company groups pay more because they're bigger, never because a feature was held back.
